Lesson 2: Introduction to the Applicant section

The applicant can choose the application schema (when it had been created beforehand by the administrator) for starting the application. In the applicant section, the applicant can:

• Edit the user profile (name, private/company etc.)
• Save drafts and submit an application
• Delete an application
• Send and receive messages to and from caseworkers
• Download the application
