Lesson 1: How to log in to your account
To login as applicant: Applicants create their own accounts and verify them through a confirmation email. After that, they can login and start sending applications.
To login as an administrator: In the email we sent you after you register, there is a link to the installation process. Log in with the username (email) and the password you typed in when you registered. You can always use the option to resend the password if you forget it.
Caseworker accounts are created by the Administrator. The system also supports Active Directory integration for Caseworkers and administrators – ask us to set it up.
